The Hobbit star Martin Freeman has teamed up with Vodafone for the second year running to front the brand's 2018 Christmas campaign, #ChristmasCovered, performing an ice-skating routine after his character's girlfriend quickly finds the perfect Christmas gift using her Google Pixel 3.

The new campaign, a continuation of 2017's A Christmas Love Story, aims to 'highlight Vodafone’s dedication to helping customers stay connected this Christmas, making life that much easier during the hectic festive season'.
